Del Rio Advisors, LLC ("DRALLC, Formerly MuniSoft) is an independent Municipal Finance Advisor that works exclusively with municipal issuers.  DRALLC also works with municipal issuers in a more limited role as either the Cash Flow Consultant (pro forma analysis and bond sizing services) or the Pricing Advisor (determining the market rates for an issuance). DRALLC also offers outsourced bond math technical services to other firms, assists other firms in responding to requests for proposals "RFPs" and sells internally developed bond sizing software under the name MuniSoft.  Principal Kenneth L. Dieker has been in the business for over twenty-six years with the twenty-two years spent serving as a Municipal Finance Advisor.

Mr. Dieker has a direct and in-depth knowledge of public agency finance and possesses technical skills that far exceed his competitors. He takes pride in working very hard for his clients, in being available 24/7 and works very well with other financing team members.
